The integration is used only for our own Amazon seller operations, including seller-fulfilled orders and customized-order handling. Access to Amazon information is limited to authorized personnel and service components that need it for those purposes. Access is removed when it is no longer required.
Connections to the organization site and integration endpoints use HTTPS. Amazon information is handled only by the application components required for fulfillment and support. Credentials, authorization tokens, and unnecessary buyer information are not intentionally written to source code or application logs.
Credentials and authorization materials are kept separate from public website content and are shared only with authorized operators. Access follows least-privilege principles and is reviewed when personnel or system responsibilities change.
Only order, fulfillment, customization, delivery, and support information needed for the stated business purpose is processed. Amazon information is retained only for the documented business or legal need and is then deleted or irreversibly anonymized through controlled administrative workflows.
Suspected unauthorized access, credential exposure, or data loss is escalated to the responsible operator, access is restricted as appropriate, and the event is investigated and remediated. Relevant records are retained for the investigation.
Detailed technical evidence, including the exact hosting, key-management, backup, logging, vulnerability-management, and recovery configuration in use at the time of review, is maintained internally and will be supplied to Amazon through the Solution Provider Portal when requested.
